The output is a written technical brief that scopes every page, feature, and integration before design begins.

Wireframing & Design

Wireframes define page layout and user flow before any visual design begins. This prevents expensive design revisions caused by structural UX problems discovered late. High-fidelity designs are produced in Figma with full mobile and desktop views, client-approved before development starts.

Next.js Development

Development in Next.js with React, deployed on Vercel for edge-network performance. CMS integration (Sanity, Contentful, or headless WordPress) is configured for client content editing. All code is reviewed against performance budgets. No third-party scripts that add more than 50ms to page load without explicit approval.

QA, Accessibility & Launch

Pre-launch QA covers cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), device testing on iOS and Android, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance, Lighthouse performance audits, and full GA4 conversion tracking verification.
